Our specialty is to bring one of our wood burning smokers to your site and cook low and slow while you set up for your event. The food comes straight out of the smoker and on to your guests plate. We cook slow roasted Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Prime Rib, Tri Tip and Chicken…all with rich applewood flavor….Real Wood, It's Real Good.

We have some of the coolest BBQ equipment in Idaho, including the only BBQ pit that is Idaho. The state of Idaho that is. Our custom built "IdaQ" is one of a kind. A 7 foot tall working piece of art that smokes up delicious BBQ. In fact, we won back to back State championships in 2007 and 2008 cooking in the "IdaQ" with Idaho applewood. We also have an Ole Hickory commercial BBQ pit that cooks up to 80 racks of ribs at a time! We can crank out some food with these cookers! Also in the fleet is a 12 ft by 5 foot Santa Maria style open grill. This thing can cook for a crowd too. It's so big that we cooked two 100 lb pigs on just half of it.
